It was built in the year of the reign of Emperor Kang Xi of the Qing Dynasty, Ouyang Bin and his brother Ouyang Jiu bought it over and renovated it. Occupying a total area of 2,350㎡, the main halls are next to the parlour of the courtyard. The delicate wooden components such as screens and windows in the parlour at the west courtyard are carved with phoebe. The windows’ flower and bird patterns carved with Chinese box twig are the most exquisite of the building. The house was designated in 2006 as a 6th group of key cultural relics under state protection.
